Alana A. Huffnagle
Ms. Huffnagle's practice involves representing for-profit and nonprofit developers, owners and lenders in connection with a range of multifamily affordable housing programs and transactions. She also represents multifamily project owners in HUD regulatory compliance, administrative enforcement and dispute resolution matters.
Before joining the firm in April 2007, Ms. Huffnagle practiced law in Washington D.C. with the law firm of Eichner & Norris PLLC where her practice focused on multifamily housing bond financings. Previously she served as a corporate associate with Cohen & Grigsby, P.C. in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Ms. Huffnagle received a Bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from Elizabethtown College and a Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law where she also served as Lead Notes and Comments Editor of the Journal of Law and Commerce. Ms. Huffnagle is admitted to the Bars of the District of Columbia and Pennsylvania.
